Registrar’s Office

The Registrar’s Office is the custodian of the university’s official scholastic records and is the certifying officer of student academic records, including course registration, grades, transcripts and diplomas.

Degree Requirements & Catalogs (Bulletins)

Each academic program has specific degree requirements. Consult the Academic Catalog (this document was formerly known as the Academic Bulletin and one was published for students at the undergraduate level and another for students at the graduate/doctorate level) for the most up-to-date degree requirements. The catalogs are guides that describe all courses in the curriculum, list majors for study, provide graduation requirements, and set forth official university policies. The catalogs are accurate at the time of publication, but changes do occur. Students are notified about changes through notices from the University.

Unofficial Transcripts

Current students can obtain their unofficial transcript on My Mount Mary. Once logged in, click on My Academics, then scroll down to the My Unofficial Transcript link.
