LaConte named one of Milwaukee's 29 most influential women of 2016

Cynthia LaConte, '84, was named one of Milwaukee's 29 most influential women of 2016. To honor LaConte's entrepreneurial spirit, our faculty members are offering a customized coaching session for a local business.

It is our honor to congratulate Cynthia LaConte, '84, named one of Milwaukee's 2016 Women of Influence. As the CEO of Dohmen and founder of Dohmen Life Science Services, she will be honored Friday at an event sponsored by the Milwaukee Business Journal.

LaConte graduated cum laude with a bachelor of arts in merchandising and has served as Dohmen's CEO since 2009. Her leadership efforts have helped the 150-year-old company expand with multiple divisions that serve the health care industry. LaConte has also led the Dohmen Investment Group and both created and headed the Dohmen Company Foundation.

LaConte is a former member of Mount Mary's Board of Trustees and a tireless supporter of the University. She represents a place where women are transformed into the next generation of strong and curious women.
