Power Lunch: Professional Development
Power Lunch is personal development in a convenient online format, designed to help alums unlock their pathes to success in the workplace. The webinars are never longer than 30 minutes, and you don't have to leave your desk to actively participate.
For the 2017-2018 series, we were thrilled to partner with Sara Reed from Moonstone Consulting. The 2018-2019 series kicked off on November 8 with alum entreprener Jess Lueck Akin ’06 and ’14.

Career development opportunities
Mount Mary provides many free career development opportunities to support you to achieve success. For up to one year after graduation, schedule a free, one-on-one session with a professional career counselor in Mount Mary’s Advising and Career Development Office. Call (414) 930-3026 to arrange your appointment. In addition to Mount Mary career counseling resources and workshops, organizations in the Milwaukee area offer a variety of career counseling and placement services. Cap and Compass App
Cap and Compass is an app produced by Mount Mary alumnae and career staff that focuses on soft skills that students do not typically learn in the classroom but are imperative to their daily lives. Download the app "Life after School: Explained" and search Mount Mary University.
