Contact the Women's Leadership Institute
Beth Wnuk is an accomplished executive who brings her business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit and passion for drawing out the best in people and organizational processes to the Women’s Leadership Institute. Her charge as Executive Director, is to elevate and build the WLI’s capabilities in leadership assessment, training and professional education to enrich the community and empower women. Beth joined Mount Mary following 20 years in the financial services industry, most recently as PNC Bank’s Regional President for Wisconsin. She holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY–Buffalo and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. She also is active in the community, serving as a board member of the Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corporation, United Way of Greater Milwaukee, United Performing Arts Fund and the Milwaukee Art Museum. Natalie Strade oversees the Women’s Leadership Institute programs and logistics in following its mission to empower women to become leaders in the community and in life. She has 18 years of business experience with PNC Bank, Associated Bank, and Midwest Airlines. She also has volunteered in the community with Make-A-Wish Foundation, Meta House, United Community Center, Betty Brinn Children’s Museum and other organizations. Gerhardinger Center, Room 108
