Mount Mary College continually needs to make important changes in the learning and living environments on campus. Planned renovation will make the best use of available space. With the natural sciences and occupational therapy departments being accommodated in the new building, the third and fourth floors of Notre Dame Hall become available for other use. No firm plans for renovation of these floors have been developed.

MINDing the Future goals include:

• Revitalize classrooms and technology throughout the campus
• Enhance faculty development and expand existing scholarship funds
• Construct a Science, Technology, and Campus Center
• Create new social and recreational space
• Construct a Recreation Center
• Increase support of the Annual Fund
• Initiate a Women's Leadership Institute
