Summer School

Ahhh – summer in Milwaukee! Time for festivals, ball games, and classes at Mount Mary College.

New students, transfer students, and adult students of all ages find that summer is a perfect time to attend Mount Mary. Taking summer classes is a great way to make progress toward your degree, or to return to college in a welcoming, friendly place.

Choose from many convenient and affordable undergraduate and graduate classes from art to theology.

Are you a teacher and need a few extra college credits?

Each summer Mount Mary's education department offers reduced tuition for courses in education for teachers at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Begin or continue your graduate education program, take classes to meet DPI license renewal requirements, or pursue your special interests. Check out the course listing online.

Registration Process

The registration period for Summer 2010 opened on Monday, February 22.

Current degree-seeking students of Mount Mary College can register online through My Mount Mary as per usual. Students are encouraged to consult with their advisors regarding their course selections prior to registering for classes. Advisors will be available throughout the spring semester.

Post-baccalaureate certification students and new students should register in person, by mail or by fax. A Course Selection Form should be completed and submitted to the Registrar's Office. This form is available in the Handouts section within the Course Search area on My Mount Mary.

All students must pay the non-refundable $50.00 tuition deposit for each course. Payment must be made at the time of registration. If the deposit is not received within two weeks of the course registration, the registration will be cancelled.

Tuition costs and course fees are also listed on My Mount Mary.   Please read through this for further information concerning policies, fees, refund schedules and financial aid. To qualify for financial aid during the summer students must be enrolled in six credits and must bring a copy of their schedule to the Financial Aid Office.
