Re-Entry Student Enrollment Information
Students who previously attended classes at Mount Mary and have not taken classes for a semester or longer are considered re-entry students at Mount Mary College.

As a re-entry student, you must reinstate prior to returning to classes. In order to reinstate, you must provide official transcripts from other colleges you have attended, ensure that all fees and balances due to Mount Mary are paid for (or establish a payment plan) and complete the proper paperwork.

For undergraduate re-entry, please complete the application for re-entry and return via email to admiss@mtmary.edu or via fax, (414) 256-0180.

For graduate re-entry, please contact the Office of Graduate Education, (414) 256-1252, for the proper paperwork and procedure information.

We recommend that you are proactive in completing the paperwork to return to Mount Mary College as it requires approval from a multitude of campus departments.
