Residential Programs

Welcome to Caroline Hall, your home away from home.

As the Coordinator of Residential Programs at Mount Mary College, I have the honor and responsibility of serving the residents of Caroline Hall throughout their various experiences of life on campus. I work closely with a remarkable staff of six student Resident Assistants (RAs). Also, because I live on campus, I have many wonderful opportunities to be an
active participant in the Caroline Hall community.

As a staff, we plan a multitude of social, educational, and service-based programs for residents throughout the semester. Each RA has 25 to 35 residents in her wing, and she aims to establish a relationship of support and friendship with each resident. In addition
to community building through programming and personal interaction, RAs strive to create a healthy and safe living environment in the hall.
