Loan Programs

To qualify for a grant program, you must file the FAFSA and demonstrate need. Other state and/or federal qualifications may apply.

Federal Perkins Loan:
Up to $4,000 annual limit, $20,000 for undergraduate study

Federal Subsidized Stafford Loan/Federal Unsubsidized Stafford Loan:
Up to $5,500 for the first year, $6,500 for the second year, $7,500 maximum for each of the final two years, and $31,000 total for undergraduate study

An additional $2000 Unsubsidized Stafford Loan is available to undergraduate students after July 1, 2008

Federal Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students (PLUS):
Cost of attendance minus other aid

Graduate Student Loan: Up to $20,500 depending on cost of attendance and no more than $8,500 of this amount may be in    subsidized loans based on financial need. Details regarding this loan and additional aid information is available online and through "The Guide to Federal Student Aid."
