Women's Leadership Institute

The Mount Mary College Women's Leadership Institute provides for the holistic development of women as leaders in their profession, faith community and community at large. Recognized for its emphasis on leadership development, Mount Mary College, through the Women's Leadership Institute brings that expertise to a broader audience. The Institute, in collaboration with women leaders in Milwaukee and throughout Wisconsin, seeks to provide programs, resources and mentoring for women in the greater Milwaukee area.

NEW Leadership™ Wisconsin — a Women's Leadership Institute signature program. NEW Leadership Wisconsin is a non-partisan program for college women designed to address the under-representation of women in politics and public policy at the local, regional, state and national levels. 2008 Session - June 4 through June 10

 

The Women's Leadership Institute is part of Wisconsin Lieutenant Governor Barbara Lawton's Wisconsin Women Equal Prosperity (WW=P) Regional Solutions Network.

Under the guidance of an director and an advisory board, the Institute is committed to furthering the college's mission by offering programs and skill development that enhances the leadership potential of women in all aspects of their lives.
