

Health Services

Health Insurance: All students are required to have health insurance coverage. See brochure on health insurance and/or complete the enrollment form. Questions regarding this health insurance option should be directed to Student Affairs, (414) 256-1220.

Health Record Report Form: The Health Record Report Form is to be completed by all Mount Mary College students (first year, transfer, and graduate).

Emergency: In the event of a sudden illness or a need for emergency care, students should contact the switchboard at ext. 345 or (414) 258-4810. The switchboard attendant will help in obtaining emergency care. The student will be responsible for any charges for services rendered off campus. Campus security officers are CPR certified and trained in basic first aid.
