Committed to the well-being of the whole person, Mount Mary College opens its facilities for physical fitness to current students, faculty and staff, alumnae, and women of the community. The Fitness Center goal is to help each person improve his or her quality of life by offering programs for strength and conditioning, cardiovascular development, personal fitness, and stress reduction, in an effort to promote balance and optimal wellness of the body, mind and spirit. Located in the Bloechl Recreation Center, the Fitness Center has equipment for improving strength, muscle toning, joint range of motion and cardiovascular fitness - as well as combating osteoporosis and promoting weight management.
