Pre-Search Visit in September
Presidential Search Consultant, Maya Ranchod Kirkhope, will return to campus on September 12 & 13 to meet with a range of campus constituent groups including faculty, staff and students.
As part of learning as much as possible about the institution, the campus community and the presidency, Maya will conduct a series of one-on-one, small group and large group meetings.
These meetings, typically referred to as the “Pre-Search Visit,” have a two-fold purpose. It allows Maya to share information about the search process with the campus community and provides her with an opportunity to gather information about the campus community, the institution and the position. Much of what she learns during her Pre-Search Visit will be reflected in the search profile (prospectus) document that she develops; furthermore, it will help her when she is working to recruit and build the candidate pool.
In the event that you are unable to meet with Maya, please feel free to provide your feedback via a newly created presidential profile feedback form. Your responses will go directly to her and she encourages and welcomes your comments.
