Picture Yourself in College! Enrollment: Open to male and female students entering 7th, 8th, and 9th grades in the fall. Students must qualify free or reduced school lunch programs. Time: 8 am to 5 pm daily (except the overnight stay the weekend of July 16 - 19) Location: Mount Mary College Campus near 92nd and Burleigh Streets (get directions) and locations around Milwaukee during field trip excursions such as a ropes course and Discovery World at Pier Wisconsin. Cost: FREE to students who qualify for free or reduced school lunch programs. Expenses include breakfast, lunch, camp T-shirt, and field trips. Daily transportation is not provided. Camp Overview: There will be a variety of cooperative and leadership opportunities for students to recognize their potential as leaders and Mount Mary College will provide information regarding college and career academic expectations and the relationship between high school achievement and these expectations. Participants will attend classes in the morning and enjoy field trips, sports, computer projects and leadership and team building activities in the afternoon. The end project will be building a web page/profile that represents how the student pictures themselves as a college student.
