Mount Mary College is committed to providing equal opportunities in higher education to academically qualified students with disabilities. We work towards an appreciation of students' abilities through partnerships with students, faculty, and staff to create a campus community that values the unique talents each person brings.

A part-time Coordinator of Accessibility Services addresses the needs of otherwise qualified students with recognized physical, learning, sensory, or psychological disabilities affecting a major life activity (e.g. walking, communicating, seeing, learning, etc.). Students with disabilities have access to tools and resources that provide them with an opportunity to demonstrate mastery of course content. Mount Mary College does not however, offer a specialized curriculum for persons with disabilities nor specialized disability advisors.

Download the Disability Services Policy Packet for information on:

  • Policy on Individuals with Disabilities
  • Policy on Admissions
  • Accommodations Request Process
  • Rights & Responsibilities Relating to Students with Disabilities
  • Accommodations and Services Provided
  • Confidentiality and Disclosure of Disability Information

Located in the new Student Success Center on the first floor of Haggerty LIbrary, room 124, the Accessibility Services Coordinator is available on a part time basis and by appointment. Call (414) 443-3645 or (414) 258-4810, ext. 645 for further details.
