Mathematics

The Mathematics Department promotes analytical and quantitative thinking through courses offered in its curricula and in support of other programs. The major programs are designed to prepare students for successful careers requiring a strong foundation in mathematics, mathematics teaching at the secondary level, or for graduate study.
