ConnectED Program

ConnectED is a unique partnership between Mount Mary College and area high schools which offers the opportunity to earn high school and college credit at the same time. If you are a student enrolled in a ConnectED-approved course in your high school, you can earn college credit through the ConnectED Program.

Classes are taught at the high school by qualified, ConnectED-approved teachers using college-level content and textbooks.

While Mount Mary College is a women's college, men may take courses through the ConnectED Program.

What are some of the benefits of ConnectED?

How many credits can I earn?

You may earn up to 16 credits through ConnectED. A student may not take more than eight credits per year.

What are the requirements of the program?

  • Participation in a mandatory orientation
  • Participation in a mandatory On Campus Academic Event
  • Complete the evaluation form of the On Campus Academic Event
  • Final grade of 83% minimum

How much does it cost?

In 2009 the tuition was $75 per credit. Most courses are three or four credits.

When can I enroll?

Your teacher will pass out enrollment paperwork in class within the first
week of the school year. The enrollment deadline is usually two weeks into the fall semester.
