April 5, 2011 -- Two Mount Mary basketball team members were honored by the NCAA Division III Independents at the close of the 2010-2011 season. Jordan Osley (top, right), was named "Player of the Year." Osley, racked up three "Player of the Week" titles from the same group this season before finishing her record breaking basketball career with the Blue Angels. Ashley Leverenz (lower, right) won an honorable mention for the All Independent Women's Basketball team. Both women were selected for the honors by the coaches of Association of Division III Independent member schools.
