Tuesday, February 7 - Valentine's Day Cooking Class
Alumnae Relations teams up with the Women's Leadership Institute to offer this class as part of the new "Out for the Evening" monthly Women's Enrichment Series. The class includes recipes for Parmesan Risotto, Eggplant Crostini, Shrimp Flambé, dessert and chocolate martini. Participants will have the opportunity to sample all recipes.
