Alumnae Awards and Honors

The Mount Mary Alumnae Community recognize exceptional alumnae. Nomination process for all alumnae awards and honors opens in April.

Madonna Medal
Mount Mary's excellence is grounded in the accomplishments of its graduates. The Madonna Medal represents the highest honor bestowed on an alumna by the Mount Mary College Alumnae Association. These annual awards recognize the outstanding accomplishments of its honorees in the following categories:

  • professional excellence
  • community service
  • service to the Alumnae Association and/or the College.

Nominations can be made by an alumna or Mount Mary faculty/staff member who is aware of the distinguished work of an alumna, and can provide the necessary information and documentation.

As only a limited number of awards are given each year, nominations are valid for three years, and may be held for future consideration. To nominate an outstanding alumna, complete and return the Award Nomination Form to the Alumnae Office, 2900 N Menomonee River Pkwy, Milwaukee, WI 53222. Nominations are being accepted through May 15, 2013.
