Residence Hall Assistants (RAs)

The Resident Assistant (RA) is a student serving as a para-professional staff member of the Residential Programs Office. The RA assists residents in meeting their educational, interpersonal and social needs relative to their living environment. The RA's role is diverse, encompassing community building, programming and assistance, as well as, administrative and staff responsibilities. The RA's primary responsibility is to work with individuals and groups to assist residents in achieving maximum growth from their college experience.
