“I'm very excited about being a Resident Assistant next year. I am looking forward to being able to work with all of my residents. The Mount Mary campus provides a sense of family to me, and I hope to create an even tighter knit family with all the residents here.” |
“I have really enjoyed living on campus for the past year and encourage everyone to experience residence life. I am excited to help new students make their transition into college life, especially those who are away from home for the first time. I hope to provide an enjoyable experience for my residents and can't wait to plan next year’s activities and some events including a Velcro wall, trips to the zoo and a cookout.”

“Having completed one year in the position of Resident Assistant here, at Mount Mary College, I feel like I have accomplished what I set out to do this year. I wanted to give back to the Mount Mary College residence life community to share all that I have gained and in all the ways that I had grown while a resident here at Mount Mary. I felt and continue to feel, that residence life for traditional aged students offers a perspective of collegiate life that is far more beneficial to the growth of an individual than any other alternative. Being an RA has been a great learning experience for me and I have hopes someday of using these experiences in the field of Student Affairs. While I'm not positive of where life will take me and what kind of career I will have, I do know that the positive experiences I've had as an RA will stay with me and influence choices I will make in my future.”
